IT Life - Words & Phrases

These words/phrases have been overused by people I worked with/for and are related to software projects I have worked on and had the responsibility to work on it myself or had to get someone else to resolve the issues. In all cases the problems were so many and so severe that if it was possible I would like to have the associated words totally banned or use alternatives or invent some kind of filter (on my ears) as I would prefer to not hear these words or phrases ever again. Each time I hear these words I remember the not so distant past where I heard these words over and over and over and over and over again. The list is chronologically ordered but not in any particular magnitude of hatred. The list also shows the progression and changes in what I used to do and what I do now.
